Join us for our next installment of Thursdays at the Motherfire, a reservation-only offering of small bites featuring seasonal fare from our farm and network of partner-growers.

Gather around the Motherfire on Thursday, June 15th as we welcome the early summer harvest with live music, cider cocktail specials, and tapas-style dishes featuring our farm-raised turkey, chicken, and pork, regenerative produce, and other locally grown and raised seasonal ingredients. Dishes will include Szechuan Pork Ribs + Belly with IB Potato Salad, Smoked Turkey Legs with Alabama White Sauce, Fluke Crudo with Yuzo Kosho and Spring Vegetables, Pork Belly Corn Dogs, Motherfire Grilled Romaine Caesar Salads, and more.
