ABOUT THIS EVENT

Chef Brandon Campney, in collaboration with Ironbound’s Farmer-Chef Alec Gioseffi, has created a special menu bursting with the vibrant flavors of Latin America.

Our evening begins with a gathering around the Motherfire — our Argentinian-inspired cooking hearth that sits at the heart of our Cider Garden, surrounded by flowers and aromatic botanicals. Guests will have a ring-side seat as our chefs roast, grill, and cook over open fire — transforming produce they’ve gathered from our fields and forest into a tasty selection of innovative small-bites. Our evening of experiential eating then moves tableside for a multi-course, family-style meal.

Throughout the evening cocktail pairings, prepared by Ironbound's mixologists, will be served— all created with our ciders, wines, fortified ciders and botanicals grown on the farm.

Seating for this dinner is extremely limited, so please book early. We look forward to celebrating this feast with you!

· This outdoor event is weather-dependent. In the event of cancellation, the full ticket price will be refunded.
