Bobolink Dairy and Bakehouse - Founders Jonathan and Nina White are pioneers of modern-day, 100% grass-fed, farmstead cheeses in the United States. When they founded Bobolink Dairy & Bakehouse in 2002, the purpose was to prove that it was possible to make small-scale regenerative farming a viable and vibrant option for landowners in the northeast. Through the years, Bobolink has raised the standard for local cheeses, and was part of the rejuvenation of American Farmstead cheese.

Spring Run Dairy - Creamery at Spring Run Dairy is owned & operated by Daniel Lyness on Lyness Family Farm, consisting of 123 preserved acres in beautiful Pittstown, NJ. Spring Run Dairy is committed to upholding the highest standards of animal care and sustainable farming to ensure their dairy farm is thriving for future generations.

Cotton Cattle Company - Located at River Valley Farm in the heart of the scenic Musconetcong River Valley, the farm is comprised of more than 230 contiguous acres of rolling pastures and woodlots. Owned and operated by fourth and fifth generation area residents, Cotton Cattle Company exceeds “organic” and “natural” standards by managing the farm in a holistic manner, practicing rotational grazing, riparian buffering and conservation mowing to enhance the fertility of the soils and quality of water.

Gorgeous Goat Creamery - First generation farmers Maria and Matt began started their farm in 2018 selling firewood and handmade soap, later shifting their focus their farmstead dairy, Gorgeous Goat Creamery. This small family farm produces all products on-site, bringing the freshest cheese and milk to the market every week. Gorgeous Goat also offers agrotourism experiences that build awareness of animal agriculture and small-scale food production.

Phillips Farm - Tucked away in a little-known corner of New Jersey, this picturesque farm has been home to 6 generations of the Phillips family. Phillips Farms is dedicated to improving the quality of life for its customers, the community and employees by growing fresh, flavorful and healthy fruits and vegetables while simultaneously being responsible stewards of the land.

WoodsEdge Farm - Since 1976, the WoodsEdge vision has consistently been one of creating beauty and value. The premise of the initial business plan of WoodsEdge Farm was a vertically integrated farm, “from hoof to yarn”. Starting with sheep, Fred & Linda Walker quickly established themselves as leading breeders of long wool breeds. The sustainable fiber farm is now home to llamas, alpacas, and Tibetan yak.

Fulper Family Farmstead - For more than a century, the Fulper family has been growing and producing food for their local community and caring for the land to preserve its natural beauty. Fulper Family Farmstead believes in sharing their farm’s practices with complete transparency through their dairy products and on-farm experiences. They continue to pave the way for “greener” dairy farm practices, including a solar renewable energy system, soil conservation methods, and nutrient recycling plans.

Fields Without Fences - Located within the Delaware River watershed, Fields Without Fences cultivates fruits, nuts, medicinal herbs, and wild edibles within naturalized plantings that are inspired by the wild ecology. Through site specific design, they integrate approaches found in environmental restoration, permaculture design, and regenerative agriculture that naturally restore the health and integrity of their shared landscape.

Beneduce Vineyards - Mike Beneduce Sr. and his business partner and wife, Casey, originally purchased the 50-acre Pittstown farm as a production facility for a garden center in 2000, but quickly realized that the sunny hillsides were ideally suited for wine grapes. In 2009, the first vines were planted, and since then owner and winemaker, Mike Beneduce has made it his life's mission to "put New Jersey wine on the map."
