Ironbound Farm is proud to welcome longtime friend of the farm, Chef AJ Capella, back to the Ciderhouse for our final installment of the 2022 Harvest Dinner Series.
AJ is no stranger to the Motherfire, having joined forces with Ironbound Farm kitchen crew for 2 previous sold-out Chef's Table Dinners. This time around, Chef Capella is bringing a Thai-inspired menu that will be the preview of his soon-to-launch venture with NJ's boutique ramen house, Ani Ramen. This menu will utilize ingredients grown and raised on our regenerative farm in celebration of our late-fall harvest.
The evening will begin with a cocktail hour of passed apps and cocktails, followed by a multi-course dinner in our Four Season's Tasting Room. Each course will be paired with a one-of-a-kind cider, cider cocktail, or house-made wine. Guests will also be among the first to sample Ironbound's new line of Harrison apple hard ciders, a historically-rooted project that's been a decade in the making.
