ABOUT: Ed has been playing the guitar and singing for audiences for over 40 years. Retired from a long career in the computer industry, he now devotes more time to musical events and community volunteering. He plays bass in the Hunterdon Symphony Orchestra, in a bluegrass band and for services at Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Whitehouse Station where he is also a cantor. He is half of the musical duo “Coo Coo Cachoo” performing a variety of acoustic rock plus a Simon and Garfunkel tribute show. He is an avid home gardener and volunteers through the Rutgers Certified Master Gardener program supporting the Hunterdon County Extension Helpline and community gardening projects. He is an amateur chef exploring world cuisine in his humble home kitchen. Ed and his wife Jangie have lived in Readington for over 30 years and are the proud parents of two successful young women engineers. Ed’s repertoire spans a century of popular music, with a focus on the classic pop, rock and folk of the 50s through 80s. He explores the great American songbook and ventures into jazz and country as well. His eclectic taste and 300 song playbook mean he can tailor a program to any occasion, from mellow to rocking. Available for private parties and events of any size.
