The Ciderhouse at Ironbound Farm
The Ciderhouse at Ironbound Farm creates unique, farm-centric ciders and wines—and acclaimed field-to-table cuisine—using ingredients raised and foraged on our 108-acre orchard and farm.
The way we farm our land and craft our beverages reflects our commitment to have a positive impact on the environmental, social, and economic well-being of our community. This means using regenerative farming practices to feed the soil, managing hillside orchards to capture rainwater, allowing livestock to freely roam and forage, encouraging biodiversity in our fields, paying our employees a living wage, and purchasing ingredients and products from other local small-scale family farms.
